Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz Bourbon
  • 1 barspoon St. Germain
  • 1 barspoon Simple syrup

Method
 

  1. Smoke a chilled brandy snifter by lighting the mesquite on fire and turning the snifter over it. Stir the other ingredients with ice until well chilled. Strain the mixture into the smoked glass and serve.
