I’ve dreamed all my life that this would happen to me
I’ve fallen in love and the feeling won’t let me be
He came along and brightened up my world
I never thought that true love would ever find this girl
Now that he’s a part of me I can’t imagine life the same
I want to marry him someday and be the one to share his name
I’ve never felt this way before
It’s like he turned on the light and opened the door
He’s my heart, my soul, and even my mind
He’s everything I’ve dreamed of, he’s one of a kind
I’m always thinking of him day after day
And I’m always going to love him but I want him to hear me say
The things I have been longing to tell him but never thought words were enough
That I’m going to love him forever, through the good times and the rough
I just can’t express my feelings because words don’t say it right
Thoughts of him are in my head every day and every night
I wish he could feel exactly how I feel and try to make him understand
That I want to be his for eternity, I want him to be my man
I wish I could give him everything under the sun
Even though that may not be possible, he’s always been the one
In my dreams I met the perfect man to kiss away all my tears
And I am so lucky that he also calms my fears
I never realized that my love could be so strong
And his love is so sweet that I know this isn’t wrong
So with all my might and all my strength I will do my best
To love him with all of me and to make this feeling last
So honey if you read this, just know that this is true
my darling……I’m in love with you.
