
Sister’s Note: My seasoning salt recipe yields a lot, but it will keep indefinitely in an airtight container. (print recipe below)
1 cup kosher salt
2 tablespoons dried parsley flakes
2 1/2 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons dry mustard
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
1 1/2 teaspoons ground oregano
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoons ground red pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground thyme
Combine all ingredients. Store in an airtight container at room temperature. Yield: 1 and 1/4 cups.
