According to the author, Delivery driver just passed their house and threw the food out his window and that was their response. Eventually the author finally got a refund- We all have been there, especially with automated customer support. The problem is customer support with big companies are hired in other countries and in other countries, they are working for several companies – Amazon KDP, Doordash, and so on.
