As the night sky flared with an array of bright lights,
I close my eyes. I hummed
The Star-Spangled Banner as my lover’s lips traced mine.
mountains and valleys, igniting rockets of desire through me.
Arching against him in pleasure, I sighed at the sparkling purples and
golds, reds and blues that only I could see.
Sounds of awe filled the air outside their house,
as gasps and moans filled our bedroom.
My hands fisted in my lover’s hair,
I screamed in ecstasy as the finale boomed,
