Immersion blenders make it easy to blend soups, drinks and batter right in the bowl or pot that you’re making them in, but if you don’t have one, a regular blender will get the job done.
Just transfer the mixture (you might have to do a little at a time, blend at a time. If you have a cheap blender, let mixture cool down otherwise your blender will stop working and will have to toss into the trash) that you need to blend over to your blender, and run it until you reach the desired consistency. If you have a lot to blend, it may require multiple batches.
