Publishing on Amazon KDP is a lot of fun but at the same time can produce problems that can make your heart skip a beat especially when your APPROVED book was picked at random, to be blocked/ account suspended or terminated.

One can argue, that “low content” on Amazon is an issue as there are many people out there who have “low content” – “A low-content book has minimal or no content on the interior pages. These pages are generally repetitive and designed to be filled in by the user. Common examples include notebooks, planners, journals, and other similar works.”
At the same time, not many people are low content authors. Most of us are authors of books and eBooks of A LOT of pages and we follow Amazon KDP Content Guidelines. The issue is the Amazon KDP Bots, pick authors at random and the Kindle Content Review is suppose to analyze the book and 9 times out of 10 they do, but that 1% Kindle Content Review can’t be bothered and will automatically block the book/suspend/terminate accounts because they didn’t investigate if Amazon offers the subject (when your book was approved to be published!)
Amazon KDP is a great way to get started as a author/publisher but eventually, the stress emails that cause the authors/publishers to skip a beat, makes you question, if you follow Amazon KDP Content Guidelines, and the book and cover was approved, why was the book automatically blocked after months/years? It is frustrating!
